Q. Where is Section 2 Tickets located?
A. We are located in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
Q. How many years have you been in business?
A. We have been in business since October of 2003.
Q. Why are the tickets on the site sometimes priced over "face value"?
A. The price of the tickets we sell reflects current market demand; there are times when a ticket may be sold at or above face value, and there are times when tickets are sold at or below face value. The price printed on the ticket may or may not reflect the price you paid.
Q. What is a "ticketfast" ticket?
A. A "ticketfast" ticket is a 8.5" by 11" paper printout which is honored by the venue of the event you purchase. Each ticket features a unique barcode that is scanned at the gate. Present your ticket at the gate, the attendant will scan them and you will be admitted.
Q. My tickets have a different name on them; did I get the wrong ones?
A. All tickets purchased through our site become the purchasers’ tickets. The tickets are completely transferable to the new buyer.
Q. What happens if an event is postponed or canceled? In what case can I get a refund?
A. If a concert is postponed we do not offer refunds; the tickets you purchased will be honored by the venue for the new date of the event. If a concert is completely canceled and there is no new date set, you are entitled to a full refund.
