Tickets are legitimate tickets valid for entry.

Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all tickets sold on Section2Tickets.com are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event the tickets are for. If the venue will not accept the tickets for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets to Section 2 Tickets as instructed by us. Section 2 Tickets will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if Section 2 Tickets finds the seller was in error, the purchaser will be refunded 125% of the ticket cost plus shipping costs and service fees.

Tickets delivered will be the same, equal, or better, than those originally purchased

If the purchaser does not receive the exact tickets ordered, Section 2 Tickets guarantees replacement tickets will be of equivalent or better value than the tickets originally ordered. If the purchaser contacts Section 2 Tickets via phone or email to claim the tickets received do not meet these criteria, and if the event has not yet occurred, Section 2 Tickets will determine in its sole discretion if the tickets fulfill its promised of equal or better tickets. If Section 2 Tickets concludes tickets are indeed not adequate to fulfill this obligation, Section 2 Tickets may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or better tickets, or it may refund 125% of the purchase price of the tickets plus shipping costs and service fees. In either case, the purchaser must ship the tickets back to Section 2 Tickets as instructed by us to be eligible for either new tickets or a refund.

Tickets will be delivered in a timely manner

All deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. Section 2 Tickets guarantees tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, Section 2 Tickets will investigate with the delivery company, and if a determination is reached that in fact no delivery attempt was made, Section 2 Tickets will issue a refund of 125% of the purchase price of the tickets plus shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making themselves available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If the purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, they shall contact the delivery company to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.

If an event is permanently canceled, a full refund will be issued

If an event is permanently canceled, Section 2 Tickets will coordinate with the seller to provide a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees, but not including original shipping charges. Section 2 tickets may require the purchaser to return the tickets to us to be eligible for this refund
